Yandina Hardware is located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast and are a proud member of the Yandina community. Owned by the Pawson Family since 2002, Wayne and Gab Pawson, along with their Team, love providing a service to both the Local Yandina Community and broader Sunshine Coast Community 7 days per week.
Yandina Hardware prides itself on their passion for Customer Service, and when you combine this with the extensive range of Hardware, Building, Garden and Household products, this really makes for an awesome Customer experience. Wayne and Gab have created a truly Independent hardware store with Yandina Hardware, and they have a great passion for supporting local businesses, trades and the community.

Wayne
With over 30 years’ experience in plumbing and building industries across QLD & NSW, Wayne can help solve your needs whether they are large Trade projects, or the Handy Person around the home with the latest techniques and products.
Gab
Growing up in a rural community with both a farming and station background, Gab has embraced the Hardware industry bringing with her a level of Customer Service that is unique. Combine this with her extensive knowledge of Hardware, whether you are a Trade or a Home Handy person, Gab will help you find what you need.
Murph
Murph Is coming up on a whopping 18 years at Yandina hardware. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and traveling the world. You could say with certainty that he knows a lot about the ins and outs of the store, he always lends a helping hand with the customers and has amazing product knowledge. Murph has a great connection with the regular local customers and is the grandfather of the Yandina Hardware team.
Jake
Jake started with us many years ago when he was still in school. Working from a junior through to a senior position has meant that Jake has a great knowledge of product and the admin side of the business. All of the team feel it is a privilege to work alongside Jake as he has the ability to bring humour to every situation. He and Nathanial are the larrikans of the team. Jake has recently taken an interest in the power tool side of the business and is your ‘go to guy’ with any of your power tool needs.
Nathanial
Nathanial has been with Yandina Hardware now for 3 years, kicking off his his career here right after his Senior year. He is a man of many talents and hobbies. Mostly
he spends his free time working on cars, using the computer to 3D print or playing sports such as soccer. Nat’s an extremely quick learner and has a wide knowledgeable of the products we carry and the administrative side of the business. He loves the people he works with and the customers he meets.
Lance
Lance’s background is in the building industry as a qualified carpenter, followed by many years in commercial and domestic construction. Lance worked in numerous different fields including several other hardware stores. Lance also has extensive knowledge in the fields of automotive, computers and pretty much everything. If you have a challenging project Lance is your man. He LOVES a challenge.
Max
Max has been with us for 2 years. Max has many areas of expertise including fencing, construction, plumbing and electrical. Max is always zooming about helping customers or training our younger team members in stock control, and product knowledge. Max is always happy to help you out with how to complete your projects.
Tam
Tam has been a part of the team for 4 years. Tam is an integral part of our team and is the driving force in all our new projects. From admin to stock control Tam is always busy contributing to the Yandina Hardware family. You will often see her appear out of nowhere to fill your gas bottle.
Heath
Heath has been working at Yandina Hardware for just over a year. Outside of working at the
hardware store Heath loves his soccer and plays for the local club.
Delivery Driving is Heaths main role and you will always get your delivery promptly accompanied
with a huge Heath smile. Heath is also relishing learning everything from customer service to
stocktake and has become an essential member of our team. He says the main thing he loves about working with us is, “It’s a fun place to work and a great environment”.
Jarren
Jarren has been working at Yandina Hardware for 2 1/2 years. Jarren is currently still in school but is in working hard every weekend and school holidays. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, boating, four-wheel driving and camping. Some of his many strengths include his knowledge of the products we carry, always lending customers a helping hand, and keeping the shop in order on our busy weekends. Jarren loves that Yandina Hardware is a family owned business and enjoys helping customers.
